Create & manage labels

Chat labels are single or multiple-word phrases you can add to chats to add information and context to them. Labels can help you and your team organize chats so you can find them quickly. You can create labels with different colours or names and add them to your chats.

You will be able to create and edit labels from different areas of the platform, however, the three main spots are the following:

  1. Number settings
  2. Chat
  3. Contact page

From the Number Settings

  1. From the Dashboard: Click on the settings icon of the number where you want to manage the labels.
  2. Click on the "Labels".
